The 2018 Margery C Ramsay Scholarship was awarded to siblings Scott Mundell, from Yarra Plenty Regional Library, and Steven Mundell, from Whitehorse Manningham Regional Library Corporation.

Awarded for their project titled 'Augmenting libraries: Preparing public libraries for virtual and augmented reality', the scholarship will support Scott and Steven to investigate best practice in virtual and augmented reality technology to evaluate the appropriateness of the technology in public libraries.

Augmented Libraries is a curated collection of Extended Reality (XR) content.

The purpose of this resource is to improve XR awareness of library staff by showcasing innovative examples of the technology.
